How and why we use personal data
We use personal data to:
• Respond to enquiries and understand whether a potential project is a good fit;
• Prepare proposals and manage project communications;
• Review applications and conduct recruitment;
• Operate, protect, diagnose and improve the website;
• Maintain appropriate business records; and
• Comply with legal obligations or establish, exercise and defend legal rights.
Depending on the context, we process this information with your consent; to respond to a request or take steps towards an engagement with you; to perform an agreement; to comply with law; or where processing is necessary to protect the security of our website and our lawful rights.
Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before it was withdrawn.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.
When information is shared or transferred
We share personal data only where needed with service providers that support our website, forms, email, file storage and other business systems; with professional advisers under duties of confidentiality; or with public authorities where disclosure is required by law.
Service providers may process data only for the relevant service and subject to appropriate contractual, confidentiality and security requirements. We do not disclose personal data to unrelated third parties for their own marketing.
Some of the digital services we use may process or store information outside Vietnam. Where personal data is transferred across borders, we take steps required by applicable law and use providers that offer appropriate safeguards for the information they handle.
The protections available in another country may differ from those in Vietnam.
How long we keep information
We keep personal data only for as long as it serves the purpose for which it was collected, including any legal, accounting, security or dispute-resolution requirements.
As a working rule, project enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact. Unsuccessful job applications are kept for up to 12 months after the recruitment decision, unless you agree to a longer period. Client, supplier and project records may be kept for the duration of the relationship and any period required by law.
When information is no longer needed, we delete it or remove identifying details.

Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to confirm whether we hold personal data about you; provide access to it; correct inaccurate information; withdraw consent; or delete, restrict or object to certain processing. You may also raise a complaint with a competent authority and use other remedies available under law.
